Integral blade-handle
This model was was showcased at the 2024 AKI show. The design is machined from a single solid block of RWL-34 steel. The integral handle construction reveals the visible core of the characteristic dagger-style. It is fully mirror-polished using a diamond compound finish down to 0.5 microns, the back is hand rubbed.
Hardened in vacuum environment + cryogenic treatment (61 HRC).
The sharpening process creates a mirror finish edge through a 4000 grit Tormek water wheel + 2 micron Poly Diamond Emulsion stropping.
Important note:
This knife is made in Italy respecting local laws, the balde is only sharpened on one side / single edge.
